The Customer

The customer is a leading electronics manufacturing company, selling a hundred of thousands of high-end electronic and computer hardware through obsolute Order Management Systems.

Customer's business needs

The scope of this project was very broad - to deliver an automated and scalable solution for managing huge customer base and complete Order Entry.

The requirements included:
  • Automation Order Import Processing
  • Automation of the all outbound Transactions (shipment notification, invoices, etc)
  • EMail notification to the Business Affiliates on the daily activity of their accounts
  • Integration with E-Store and Logistic modules
The Solution

Our dev team completed the implementation according to the deadlines of Technical Implementation Roadmap- including Solution Design, Development, Integration and Post Release Support.

The Customer Orders are effectively processed using the robust Order Import Process. Work in Progress orders are created on schedule automatically based on several user inputs thereby giving the business users flexibility in order processing. .

As a result of the solution, the manufacturer company is able to utilize existing non-technical personnel to administer the orders and workflow of the business, rather than of hiring costly business intellegence and IT professionals.
